Fun-filled evening for people of all ages
Candy needed: Drop off candy donations in the marked buckets located at the two main church entrances no later than Sunday, October 28. This candy will be given in bags to the children who attend.
Food (hot dogs, cheeseburgers, salad cups, fruit cups, chips, popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy, churros, drinks, chili, cupcakes, soft drinks, bottled water)
Lots of fun: Games … climbing wall … face-painting … inflatables … hay ride … toddler zone … cake walk … raffle & prizes … chili cook-off … candy … cupcake wars … more.
Food tickets: $1 each … may be purchased at the Ticket Booth (near the Food Court) on the night of the event … may be purchased in advance at the church on Wednesday, Oct. 25, or Sunday, Oct. 29.
Costumes are welcome! Please use discretion, as outfits with demonic, occult or offensive themes are not permitted.
Cupcake Wars: Show off your baking skills and win a prize! Each contestant should bring 24 regular-size cupcakes to Fellowship Hall before 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31. Judging begins at 5:30.
Chili Cook-off: Bring your yummiest chili to Fellowship Hall by 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31. Judging begins at 5:30.
Cake Walk: Participants will win choice of baked goods in a game much like musical chairs ... Drop off baked goods inside the entrance near the church office on Sunday, Oct. 30. Be certain to use disposable containers.
